We have therapists trained in multiple areas, including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, mood disorders, and more. All of our therapists work from an intersectional and LGBTQ+ affirming framework. We know starting therapy can be difficult, but we are here to make this process as easy and comfortable as possible!

Group Therapy

Group therapy is a great way to connect with others, receive support, practice communication skills, and learn new ways of managing difficult feelings.

Description: Grief Support Group

Building a Closetless Home

Description: free support group for family and friends of the transgender & nonbinary community

Group Leader: Ren Keiper, LMHC

Date & Time: Alternate Mondays at 6:30pm

DBT Skills Group

Description: designed to teach mindfulness, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance skills

Couples Therapy
